It’s the smell that fills the kitchen, the anticipation while something delicious is in the oven, and that first bite of a treat that tastes like it was made with care—because it was.

That feeling is at the heart of Faragalli Pastries. 🍋

A Love for Homemade

Faragalli Pastries was created from a genuine love of baking and sharing good food with others. What began simply as creating homemade favorites has grown into something I’m incredibly excited to share. Baking with my kids is what makes this so special. Creating a business we all can build on and we love.

Here, the focus is on small-batch, homemade treats with classic flavors and a little creativity mixed in.

You’ll find everything from Italian-inspired favorites and traditional pizzelles to cookies, brownies, breads and other sweet treats—with new creations making their way onto the menu along the way.

Some recipes are familiar and nostalgic. Others may have a little Faragalli Pastries twist. And occasionally, something completely new happens in the kitchen simply because an idea sounded too delicious not to try. 😉

Made in Small Batches

Faragalli Pastries isn’t about mass-produced desserts.

Baking in smaller batches allows each treat to receive the attention it deserves. From mixing and baking to glazing, decorating and packaging, there’s a lot that happens before something is ready to make its way to you.

And yes, sometimes that means the kitchen looks like a flour-covered tornado came through. 😂 But that's part of the fun.

Expect the Menu to Change

One thing you’ll notice is that the available menu may change from week to week.

Rather than trying to offer everything at once, each week's menu will feature a selection of Faragalli Pastries favorites. That gives me room to keep things fresh, rotate different treats and occasionally introduce something brand new.

Have your heart set on something that isn't being offered that week? Full-size orders may still be available by request, so don't hesitate to ask.

More Than Just the Finished Treat

Expect new creations, featured treats, baking tips, flavor ideas, seasonal favorites and probably a few kitchen experiments along the way.
